Tosca is one of those operas I remember back from my undergraduate days. It was so beautiful, seductive, and twisted. It seemed so perfect to make into a lego opera. But Puccini is amazing at making almost every bar of music crucial to the story, so I have had to adjust a few aspects of the story line to fit the Lego time constraints, and regrettably, I've had to cut many of the best musical moments. But with all that, I hope to still serve justice to this tremendous opera. The lego opera version is broken into 4 parts, so tune in each week to find out the next chapter.

Absolutely fantastic. I don't know that this is what Sardou, Illica and Puccini had in mind...but the inventor of leggos...perhaps!

  • Pavarotti looks ...

Pavarotti looks great as a lego-man -- He's lost so much weight! Tosca's outfit would be great on Minnie from Fanciulla...

Mirella Freni and Luciano Pavarotti in Lego form... Genius!!!
One suggestion though. Maybe you should consider painting on more appropriate costumes on the lego people instead of using as is. It would look off the hook!
