What kind of fat percentage thresh hold should I maintain prior to doing my "explosive training" higher than 12% sure but no more than ...? What body fat percentage is too high? If I have too high of a body fat percentage I'm worried I will burn my muscle down before the 10% and below mark. And my 6 pack quest will have to be redone.

or interval trainininstead of long runs ,combine that with weight training and god clen food and you will achieve your aim..12 percent is low for women, no higher than 18 for 6 pack
