    Yes that might be so but you're not getting the point. My curtain is OLD... I've had it for a while.... do you promote making more garbage by not utilizing what you already have and maintaining it? Why should I add my existing curtain to the dump if it already functions and is not ready to die yet? I'll consider something else if I ever have to replace this thing but I honestly doubt I'll be replacing anything any time soon.

    Not saying this from a soap box, but vinyl is toxic. It's manufacture, use and disposal all emit toxins. The best thing to do is not to buy vinyl.
