For everyone debating whether or not Humbert is in love with Dolores, I think he's more in love with the IDEA of being with her. I think so, anyway.

This is what I said to myself after watching this movie.

hehehe, just in it for the defames. But yes, there is actual porn in this movie, but described much more vividly in the book. I don't wanna spoil it for new readers and movie viewers so I won't give too much story details as to why this story would have some porn in it.

Ahh, but you have forgotten. Herbert is actually in love with Lolita as the splitting image of his fist love, Annabel. To say that Herbert truly worships Lolita isn't at all true, for Lolita only reminds him too much of Annabel. I suppose you could say he worships her after all she had done to him. But you must strongly consider that Herbert did drove Lolita to have no one else to turn to. In sum, she is helplessly owned by Herbert, for Herbert is her only guardian.

for those of you who think this is a porno movie! it is not!..its soft porn. but i wouldnt even call it porn..cuz porn doesnt have a storyline EVER...or a plot..
