Well, I wouldn't say he had a fat gut. Coleman has a fat gut, Mentzer's stomach made his body look powerful.

Even I have to admit Mentzer's forearms were the best, but overall he was crap. He didn't have a chest, he had small arms and he had a fat gut.

I know, I just ment that Katz was not in proportion, though.

I was nor referring to Katz's pecs, or physique, only the size of his ribcage.

Nubret should be in there too...he was lacking in legs,and lost size when he raised his arms,but still a fantastic physique.Brian Buchanan had sensational genetics,upperbody wise,Padilla was second genetically only to Sergio,in my opinion,no mention of him either.Coleman and Haney,too many faults to be in that list.

Best forearms, Mike Mentzer, simple as that.

Yeah, Arnold did have the best chest, past and present, but I don't agree with you on Mike Katz. I think he was not in proportion at all.

I'd agree with Sergio the Arnold and Dillet in there. Wheeler, Coleman and Haney not so sure. I'd have had Mentzer and Casey Viator in with Dorian.

I'm sure Dorian doesn't give a S**t what I'm thinking,but he certainly give a S**t (and much more than that)what most of the people think.And the people who like his type of development are not many.I also can assure you that even in England nobody knows who is he.Even some GYM-members.Because of the image of today's bodybuilding,nobody gives a S**t about bodybuilders.

CASE OPENED:The only things better in Yates,s genetics are his forearms and calves.His back is better,because of better development(and GH),not genetics!Generally Arnold's genetics are better.This is not only my opinion,the majority of people thinks the same.

Never a great fan of Wheeler, and other than the synth debate, his forearms and calves were small and high too.

Sergio himself thinks that the nearest thing to him was Flex Wheeler.I thought that too,until i realised its impossible to be sure of where Wheeler ends and synthol begins.Also Wheeler in comparison to Sergio was blocky.

I'd agree with all bodyparts except chest. Arnold's chest was phenomenal, better than anyone, past or present, I think. And an enormous ribcage too, second only to Mike Katz. Sergio, Serge Nubret, Fox and Ferrigno were also tremendous.

And talking about not getting past arms, Haney's were surely the worst of any Mr Olympia, even Chris Dickerson. Biceps average, forearms and triceps poor. That huge torso and those arms. Then the small, high calves. I just never understood it. Brilliant small waist and huge back, great v-taper and pecs, but that was it.

I think in terms of genetics the only person who rivalled Sergio (pec/delt tie-in vascularity aesthetics and sub-par back aside) was Paul Dillett. Entire arm development, huge delts & traps, small joints with big (cut) quads and also huge full calves. Other than the back, and the fact his posing made Bertil look like Frank Zane.

I can spend my free time wherever I like thanks. I don't tell you not to play your banjo after a 12 hour shift flipping burgers.
Old? Perhaps, but your hardly a kid yourself (chronologically at least) at 35. Is that your real age? Come on, be honest. As I've done plenty of REAL training over the years I'm sure I'm a lot bigger than a little jizz stain, banjo playing burger flipper.
