Yes the guy making curry is jin (a celebrity but he doesn't have a ring yet, he gets it in kamichama karin chu)

This chapter appears in the kamichama karin chu manga's

It's the same chapter where kazune and karin kiss (episode 20 or 21)

in that chapter kazune isn't drunk because of the food karin made but because he wanted to put some wine in the curry for a special flavor (he didn't wanted to lose but the smell of the wine already made him drunk)

kirio and kirika don't appear in that chapter

This who-makes-the-best-curry contest isn't hold at the beach but at the house where karin, kazune, himeka and michi lives.

Jin is actually poor even through he has a rich family, which doesn't want to have him live there for some reason (= reason why he is poor)
