the esp will be not always actived...so more efficient that the BMW in driver drift.

The Seat with the truck torque on rain : i thinks that the ESP will be always actived..... So less efficient that the bmw if the driver drift.

My 328i coupe, 192hp stock, with K&N air intake and bike type exaust does "210bhp" and "245khph"... 220kmph on a ibiza (or my friends seat toledo tdi) be 190-200 on my bmw, front wheel drive arent so much exact...
E36 are so light car, and 6cil has a lot of torque...

sans deconner les mecs vous etes pas malin de laisser vos plaques apparentes...
sinon pas mal quand meme pour la ibiza...

mais face a une 325i... a la rigueur une 320i !

i have a chiptuned seat ibiza FR t DI (RED) and the 130 hp = now 165 so no 180 HP

oh man keiner ne ahnung, oder? das ist nen ibiza cupra, der hat serie 160ps und wurde auf 180ps gechipt. wenns ein FR wär, hätte er serie 130ps und das auf 180 zu tunen ist mehr als dämlich...

der ibiza wird den bmw im anzug bis 100km/h locker stehen lassen, aber ab 150 macht sich der kleine turbolader im ibi bemerkbar und er zieht nicht mehr so gut. sprech aus erfahrung ;) manche mercedes auf der AB lässt man schon mal leicht stehen ^

Yes your are right a diesel engine does have a high torque range but it is still slower acceleration and top speed. for instance a petrol car will get up a hill quicker than a diesel ANY DAY, but the diesel car would be able to pull more weight up that hill but at a slower pace. Fact.

hahaha you are funny, you know what torque does? If it was really a ibiza with 180hp and a torque of 300+NM the bmw would have no chance. Dont tell me. Do you think the displacement does matter? I have a gollf mk2 G60 1.8 8v, i smoke a 325 bmw easily, is no challenge for me :) And believe me my friend, a diesel engine with 180 REAL HORSEPOWER and a torque of 300+NM smokes a bmw 325. Try it.

Seats "tuned" engines do aswell...

180hp ibiza???? only in your dreams, i know one with that power and bmw doesent have any chance even a renault megane rs hasnt any chance!
