This is a guide to fast and cheap range training in runescape.(fire giants)
I got about 100k range xp in 2 hours(including time for randoms, bathroom breaks, etc.) with 94 range potted the whole time. I also got about 35k hp xp in 2 hours.

Also I thought this would be good for you guys to know:

MariusHimself: btw, u can get much more than 50k xp/pr hour if u use iron knifes or better :D its awsome. i get up to 100k xp/pr hour with that + void

    u can use games necklace to teleport to barbarian assault. thats just north of cave, so u dont need to walk so much

    wearing full void, and iron knifes. 83range atm
    get alot of rune arrows and scimmys atm :D

    got fire giants on slayer task, and so happy for it.
