Upon Furthur Review this police officer should have been suspended for at least six months without pay and ordered to pay victim about 1000.00.

Must punish everyone, including officers. Again, generally, I give officers way more right of way than others...but this guy lost it.

While I wouldnt call this brutality, this is one case of a out of control officer. I usueally support officers in alot of cases where others call it brutality, but he should have been suspended for MUCH MUCH LONGER.

officers when they get heated they give all kind of commands, and when the civilian obeys these orders the officers arrests them. example. the officer told the driver that he needs to get out of vehicle, the driver complies, and then the officer said get back to the vehicle, so you want him out of the vehicle or you want him to stay seated? thats the problem, officers when they get heated they give all kind of commands, and then they lose track. this officer needs to go back to training.

As a police officer myself I know Tasers are an extremely valuable tool and have kept many an officer and many a suspect from being injured. They allow an officer to control a a resisting suspect without having to go "hands on". While the driver should have complied immediately instead of running his mouth I think this officer was a little too quick to utilize the Taser. I have deployed my Taser only three times since being issued it two years ago.
