Look how my son responds when I ask him if he wants milk: he throws himself on the breast! Even at 13 months, it is clear he still gets a lot of enjoyment out of nursing.

It's hard to make a vid these days because we only do two feedings: first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Usually there is no one to help film it, and this is serious feeding time so I can't be messinga round with a camera too much. So, here it is.

    No, you are supposed to breastfeed for preferably at least 2 years, according to the WHO. It boosts the child's immune system, improves mother-child bonding and provides emotional comfort to the child. We do it twice a day.

    He was doing 3-4 feedings at 11 months, and at 1 year went to 2-3 when he started daycare.
