Yeah you are right, and this is do not change the fact that this is still Javelin commercial. I've seen exploding russian tanks filled with ammo on many vids from both Iraq wars and that was nothing like what we've seen here... There were no ammo in this thank, but some good amount of explossives to make an good immpression...

Yeah, you dont get Hollywood fire explosions from weapons like that without there being fuel in the target.

I would also say that if this was the result of a standard Javelin on a empty shell of a tank the warhead would have been extremely pricey/overkill.

Ergo, they would reduce the warhead to only kill the target and make it more cost effective.
When you think of it it does make sense, I think.

The tank was at full combat load. Meaning max fuel internal and external drums, max ammo. 125mm ATGM and SA ammunition.
