its about V trying to take over the government as he realizes that it is failing. It is also due to the government "creating a monster" out of him in the sense that they burned him and did biochemical research on him. "This country need more than a building right now; it needs hope".

So... is this movie about "V" fighting against the government? If so, then kool...
