    Good advice Bob. I use a small length of plastic pipe on each jaw, covering the multi-pliers and then grab the aerators. Keep it in the tool bag. Don't grab them too tight, they can get squashed, AND THEY WONT GO BACK ON...

    I run into this alot working in hotels and apartments. Very good tip to clean these out every couple months. I have noticed in the Colorado Mt. we have alot of HARD WATER here and these things get clogged very often with a HARD BLACK mineral build up. Check them often , it is after all THE WATER YOU DRINK FROM!!
