Did you change your diet? Did you try it for a sustained period of time (ie 2 or more weeks)? Did you also do other exercises at all?
If the answer to these questions is no then it's not surprising that you saw no results. This workout is just a tool to allow you to get more exercise in if you don't have much time allocate to your workouts. It's not a magic pill.
Just doing it a few times won't get you results, just like doing anything only a few times won't get you results.

Technically, you can't 'spot reduce', which means that you can't lose fat from just one part of your body. What you need to do instead is lose fat from your entire body and you'll find that your 'problem areas' will get smaller in the process.
