dude, he wasnt diseased, she hired a guy to kill him ,for $50,000 but he didnt do it and told the cops, then he died "mysteriously" when he was pushed in front of a train. then a couple of days later kurt died cus he was shot, but he had to much heroin in his body to actually pull the trigger!
