this is a freat dvd, defin8ly recomend it!

did my first Shilpa's yoga session today-I feel good...:)

she is a great example of a hard working woman. she hasnt done great movies, but she has moved on in life and find something to do and keep climbing the stairs. a lotta other actresses just disappear and be gone if they fail in movies, but shilpa is a class act i must say. she still has people's attention for good reasons only.

she should do a bollywood dance workout dvd. there aren't that many good ones out there (i haven't tried the sarina jain ones yet but those are bhangra).

Well done Shilpa. I never knew when I was in India that you had yoga videos, and now a friend in Switzerland told me about your wonderful work on youtube. I was so proud! Keep it up. I think I might start yoga practice tomorrow, with 'om' in the mornings. Thank you. Dee.

Wow...great job Shilpa. Guess your Yoga movie is finally gonna get me hooked on doing it. I have been contempleting doing yoga, gym for a long time...:) just never happens :)
But surely this movie/dvd can be a part of life n very helpful.
