I cannot believe as a chef myself that these people who go on this show do not put more consideration into the dish they are going to try to impress Ramsay with, it just seems stupid to me.

I don't understand the point of making team names. It seems like a rather pointless task. If they didn't do it in the previous seasons, then why now?

It's nice to see some promise in the people this season. I'm hoping for two finalists that make sense this time around, instead of it being so one sided.
