HHO Dual anode Plasma spark plug prototype. It was a Champion CJ8 plug out of a 16hp electric start lawn mower engine. We busted out the inside to make way for the new anode test tubes. The electrical tape and rubber hose will not hold up in the cylinder but it will work fine for a few bench tests (which we'll post after we get some videos).
