hmm the a320 at the airshow, there was only a pilot on board, and he survived, no passengers, a probblem with comunicating autopilot with the pilot, the pilot pulled the airplane up, but the autopilot was going to land

The pilot claimed the plane's altimeter and thrusters were faulty. 1 month before the crash, the following was discovered, but not issued to pilots:

OEB 19/1: Noted that the engines may not respond to throttle input at low altitude.
OEB 06/2: Noted that the barometric altitude indication did not always function properly.

Although the flight boxes may have supported the pilot, by the time they reached court several seconds had been deleted. The pilot was sentenced to 10 months jail.
