I'm a union operator and I push full blades all day long, so talk S**t on municipal employees or energy guys, there the ones sleepin all day.Leave the union guys out of it. We gotta bust our asses or we get S**t canned just the same as you would.

Cool video! If you watch carefully you'll see that he hits a slight incline, the dozer blade rises as a result and he rides over his load. He actually started out with a pretty full blade load but he drove over most of it, and didn't pick up any more when his tracks slipped. To be honest I think they'd be better off just blasting the whole site and using excavators. At least that way they could use those D11s more effectively on something like landscaping waste/tailings.

well,expert...if the tracks are startin to slide,it's doin all it can,half blade quarter blade or whatever. How good do ya look on your job when you get a giant load of dirt...and the tracks just start diggin a hole?

Yeah i dont really get what they were doing! Are they just trying to leve it up so they can come in and shot it? Or are they trying to level it up so they can get a loaded and trucks in there?

I'd be SO FIRED for those girly blade load ups! Are these guys municipal, union, or energy servants? Cause the private sector would have another operator in the seat within a day or two. Hey no doubt, I would love to push a half blade all day but I can't. I can't buy a half cart of groceries and get by so why would I push a half blade of earth?

The reason that they only have 1/2 bldae sometime is that they were bottomed out on solid limestone trying to get leveled up
for the next drillbench and shot. KEEZ

What about him tramming down through there with not even half a blade...If he's gonna push, it should come up where he can see it over the blade...Must be a greenhorn.
