    If he was Injecting into his tricept with a dirty needle then he easily could have gotten a staff infection at the very least which could have lead to the sweeling, and for some types of staff i think they drill a hole to drain the puss of cut away the dead tissue, if it is that serious

    The Orange County, Calif. coroner's office confirmed the cause of death as Acute 1,1 difluoroethane inhalation.
