    I agree. This is definitely not BJJ 101, anyone using the X-guard is absolutely experienced enough to sweep you as soon as a punch is thrown. Stomping? Not allowed in any of the MMA circuits i've seen, but lifting one foot would make you even MORE susceptible to the sweep.
