    Actually, I'm pretty sure it is 'Four' not 'for.' It makes more sense that the bill would be for four sweater vests, because otherwise it would mean that someone printed up a bill specifically and only for sweater vests and everything else went on a separate bill which would just be stupid. I don't really feel like arguing about semantics though so believe what you will.

    on the rise is actually titles "My Eyes" on the soundtrack, but yeah, anything those 2 do together, I'm a fan of. I also love the frozen yogart Penny got for Billy. Sad that she was doing something so nice for him, but he was off making his Death Ray.

    You do know they are trying to be ironic by typing like that, right? They aren't actually typing like that .. normally. They're making mention how the sound keeps going in and out every word or so. It keeps rising and falling, .. like their letters.
