    for xp533: it will help develop your abs. but if you want abs quickly (between 4-12 weeks) then i recommend the following exercises:
    1. Bicycle Crunch (start with 3 sets of 10, then gradually move to 3 sets of 20, etc..)
    2. Captain's Chair (can be done at home if you have a chair without armrests)
    3. Vertical Leg Crunch

    Go to google and look up 'most effective ab exercises'

    for stupidmovie123: according to recent research, you should do the exercises and THEN stretch. they say that stretching can exhaust you and drop your output level for the exercises. so i'd reccomend doing stretches after your exercises. and yes, the pains in your legs usually need to be stretched every 2 days. if you can't touch your toes (like me) then you're more likely to get these pains.

    for Adamburn: it doesn't really matter how much you do it, but 3 sets between 10 and 15 sounds like a good workout. don't exercise too often though, because then you're over stretching your muscles and it's not effective. do as many exercises as you want in one day, but then take a break for a day, and resume the next day.
