Air Disaster - 2002 Mid-air Collision

The ATC is free of any responsibility of the crash. There were certain conditions in both the ATC office and in the cockpit of the planes that were out of the control of Peter at the time. AT regulation states that if there are conflicting orders from the ATC and TCAS on avoidance, the pilot should follow the orders from the TCAS as this is the primary system which calculates the avoidance of both planes. The Russian pilots had also failed to inform Peter of the conflicting orders.

He didn't do S**t ! Working behind two radarscreens at the same time is like driving two cars at the same time. Think people think!

He was actually not to blame for this accident. This crash was a result of a chain of events and there was many other people involved. Watch the whole movie before putting someone in an electric-chair.

omg!! the air traffic controler was killed when a person lost his wife and son in the crash.i fell so sad for him cause he had to work for 2 planes and the radio thing is not working so i don't think that he should die in a sad way and R.I.P to all the people die

a sad moment with such a horrific accident. Also sad comments as well by some to bless the death of the controller. I am sure he died inside after that accident, but to bless his death. R.I.P to all the victims of the 2 planes and even to the controller Peter. He didn't mean to do it..

Stand down, pal. The fellow was so much loaded with heavy workload, not to mention that he did not know that one of his equipments are not functioning well. Had you been in his shoes, you might have gotten killed yourself. I want you to really think hard about your comments here. Rest In Peace, Peter! B-(
