just cried ll the way through it is such a shame how someone so young and so happy with her life ahead of her is going to die in days (hours even) it is so sad how she will never get to grow old with jack! and see her beautiful boys grow up. i wish jades family her boys jack and jeff all the best after jade passes away and i hope that they can grieve with smiles on their faces thinking of jades happy 27years of life! xx
