Here is my modest collection of Colecovision and Atari 2600 games. The Atari 2600 adapter enables Colecvision users to play Atari games on their Coleco Vision console. I will be addressing the adapter and the many accessories and joysticks I have in a separate video. Enjoy the collection of cartridges.

The Music is Albert Ammons boogie woogie piano music.

True. I may have to wipe the console down with some Armor All at some point AND spritz some contact cleaner in some of the ports. As for the less than mint cartridge labels, I may have to try printing out some new ones and laminating them. check out the videos by user newcoleco, especially the one called How I make new Colecovision cartridges. Thanks for writing

I have posted a second video where I get into the accessories and joysticks, if you want to check it out.

Unfortunately, the converter in question was not accessible at the time of the filming.

I also noticed in revisiting my vintage collection that NES similarly had a separate, single audio and video outputs with RCA jacks, effectively making it a mono system.

It depends. The output on the Coleco system is a single jack that resembles an RCA jack. However, this jack carries the signal of the audio and video. A converter box was required which converted to coax. If you don't have the converter, yuo may be SOL, unless you did some tooling around to isolate the audio and video signals, but I am certain this would involve cracking the case and taking a trip to Radioshack.
