  • Massage has ...

Massage has long-term affects on the body. It would help with the clients' ability to cope with stress if the client gets regular massages. Massage is known to lower general stress levels as well as blood pressure. It releases chemicals in the body that make you feel good.

It doesn't apply for everyone, but it can benefit for a great deal of people. What I was saying was that it is much better to get a massage then take a billion pills to ease their stress-levels.
