    it wasn't only linedy williams who predicted this, alot of intl banks did too, yeah i agree things were built like there's no tomorrow once they opened the market to the world, (was crazy for the most part), but ppl made a lot of money, n those who were greedy lost a lot too (alhamdullilah). Every1 knows u cant hv a boom forever, but dubai only went down to this extent due to the fall of the US, which triggered worldwide recession. if not the situation would hv been quite different.
