AR Rahman Interview About Ada (Saavn.com)

look man u may b a diehard fan of these composers but the truth is that they all have copied music........i am a fan of shankar ehsaan loy(they never copy)still arr rulez...i personally think that rdb and illiyaraj are not so good

A.R. Rahman experiments in so many ways that he has totally transformed the look of Indian Cinema. He has created a higher image of Indian film WORLDWIDE. Illayraja and RD Burman are great, but nothing comapared to ARR.
I do note a slight disconnect between ARR's recent tamil films and his hindi films. He tends to do more musical experimentation and mellow music in bollywood, but more modern stuff in the south. I would rather appreciate it if more classical touches were put to his tamil films.
