I originally made this video for Japanese students studying English, and this explains why subtitles appear at certain times but not others.

No measurements are exact. I wing things and I recommend experimenting. I am not an expert cook and pizza is one of the few things that I believe I can make decently. Basically, I got bored one day, googled "how to make pizza," read a few different recipes, and combined the various aspects that I liked and that seemed easy.

Ingredients (approx. measurements):

Dough:
4-5 cups flour
1 tablespoon yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 cup water

sauce:

1 can diced tomatoes + 1 sliced up tomato*
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
4-5 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano

chili pepper optional

*actually I usually just use two cans of diced tomatoes, but when I made this video I only had one... but it worked because usually I have too much sauce and the fresh tomato added... freshness.
