Derren Brown Mind Reading

At 5:17 , he asks Richard to take his arm down and place it somewhere.
"Just take your hand down (very short pause).. boot it there"
It's said with seconds, and if it was improvised (he not knowing from the start Richard would do with his hand as he did) it just shows how skilled Brown is.
And as other mentioned even before this trick is actually started Brown has given them the images, he keep repeating them to have them locked on the image

When he tells Richard to take his hand down and place it a certain way his actually saying

"jusk take your hand down (a slight pause) boot it there"

He's saying it within one second! 5:17 If he was improvising that... he got some skills!

The problem with that theory is that it wouldn't work even 1/4th of the time. The man wasn't even looking at the map, but into Brown's eyes.

I know how these tricks are done. They are well known to magicians, and are nothing to do with psychology. Derren's psychological explanations are just misdirection.
