  • There is no such ...

There is no such thing as the force, do not put a tag/name to it.
Just keep it in mind that meditating will do good.
Further questions about force/power/astral travel are no longer needed because learning the truth about them isn't really beneficial
There are some things that it's better not to know then knowing it.
Just keep it in mind that, you meditate you relax your mind from everyday troubles, thats it.
    Other things can wait...

  • Just remember to ...

Just remember to meditate and focus on your breath and only it. Build your strong foundations with at least 30mins to 1h of meditation a day. Results will gradually over time show and reveal itself.
Do this continuously over the years...
And you will find yourself with a good base to practice further.
For now, just concentrate on your breath.
The extremely deep stages are there but we need to learn the basics first :]
So good luck meditating and stay entusiastic

Ranging from this lifetime to many lifetime back. Then if you practice even further, there is a chance that you will see your pure self inside you at the center of the body.
He is your original and pure self which noting can violate it. He can tell you your future and advice you to perfect your lives.

  • Do not be too ...

Do not be too infatuated with the benefits of meditation. They are only the outcomes of it.
You need to get yourself involved in that process to achieve the outcomes.

Patience is the key to sucess.
    Sucess is never final...
    Failure is never fatal...

Travelling through space with your mind, touring the world of hell and heaven...
You cannot do just that with 24 hours of meditation.

  • Because of the ...

Because of the advantages and benefits that meditation provides, people rush in to practice solely because of that. They need the peace urgently and expected it to get into them fast.Because of this way of thinking they get themself in more stress because they can't efficiently stop the stream of thoughts in their mind.

'Let everything go, visualize yourself in notingness, in total darkness and quietness'...

  • The only way to ...

The only way to obtain Nirmal Sithithi is to focus only on the breath. The only hindrance for us is cravings and expectations.
We crave for that stage and expect ourselves to get to that stage of thoughtlessness. And of course that will not happen if you keep thinking of whether am i in that stage already ? or how long is this going to take.
Focus on the breath and only the breath.
Do not interact with thoughts if they came to intercept with your meditation, just observe them.
