Homeless Children

I felt the same way after my own little girl died recently, I looked into adoption but I couldnt afford it. Unfortunately I was still paying for a pool I purchased for her, nows shes gone, I have a home with a bedroom fit for a princess, a playroom, trampoline, pool and miniture petting zoo and no child to enjoy it. They are charging $18,000 to $30,000. I would take one willingly but I can BUY a child, its a racket and unfortunately the children suffer because too much money must change hands

I feel so sorry for those children, and i for one am going to adopt when i get older, i swear on it!!!!

Birth control is your solution? Are you kidding me? Birth control is not the solution, Children are the very essence of hope, lets just take a whole society of people and sterilize them is what you are saying. You sound like a damn Nazi. You tell me that a poor family has no business reproducing? Some of those children will grow up to be great contributions to the world. You dont know where or when the next great man or woman will be born. One may grow up to cure Cancer. Education not ignorance.

A long time ago when my husband was making money we paid monthly for the adopt a child overseas thing. The family had several kids and we got letters from the one we sent money to. I got a letter about the wonderful news in their home, a new baby was on the way. Send birth control, not money!

I agree, but is it a realistic solution? Look what happened to China. Cultural conditioning along with the 1 baby limit has led to the extermination of thousands of baby girls because they aren't the 'bread winners', so to speak. I think we still need to hammer home the necessity of birth control devices. But how do we get people to listen?
