  • Pretty impressive, but what about form?

    Your left hip is definitely jutting out when you do the right arm presses, look a little more stable when doing the left. The speedy dismount also looks pretty unhealthy with a 50llbs+ dumbbell. I'm currently training to stand on on a far more inflated ball, and came across this while looking for videos on training techniques for doing that. Any links?
