Intermediate:
· 45 seconds per exercise
· 15 second break in between
· Total number of circuits: 2-3
Advance:
· 45 seconds per exercise
· 5 second break in between
· Total number of circuits: 3-4
you should not do this everyday 2 or 3 times a week is enough. You move on when you fell comfortable

yea, also working out your legs will help you get abs. really for abs you gotta work the whole body out. each part helps you strengthen another part which eventually trickles down to the abdominal area

For example if you work chest you will have to work back as well, if you work bicep then you will have to work triceps.
