This is a video of our son Rafe's Hypnobirth/ Waterbirth/ Homebirth in March, 2009.

We used the Hypnobirthing method of deep self-relaxation to help us through labor.

Our birth was attended by my friend and midwife Char, my husband, who is also an ER doctor, and my mother, who was both calmly knitting in the background and also dilligently heating pots of water to keep our water warm :) .
