      I dont think that its the missing driving talent of asians which cause these accidents. I belive that the governments of these countries not spend enough money into the modernization of their traffic system. every month there are hundred thousands of more vehicle on the roads, but the governments didnt invest enough into better roads, more no traffic lights and signs to handle this traffic. there are also often no speedlimits. so there is a chaotic situations on the asian roads. here in germany we have an excellent traffic system. the number of deaths caused by traffic accidents decrease year by year.
