    Acutally it is gymnastics & there is nothing wrong with that. But flashy kicks & Moves will not work in a real fight, I have been in my fair share and let me tell you spin kicks rarely work, simple & effective is how you fight & never kick above the waist. The monks at the shaolin Temple are show performers not Fighting monks arts such as Choy lee Fut & Hung gar are what is left from shaolin's legacy.

    they are similar except leopard uses leopard fist rather then a tiger claw. The movements are similar though.

    These are mostly just tiger poses and few tiger techniques. Thats how they teach disciples at the temple. A Wushu based form with alot of acrobatics. The best tiger boxing is in most southern sets.

    thx, i see the metaphor better now. Im used to a lam siu-lam ng yuen kuen, with "shorter" arms and low footwork feels it more cat-like, but the main concept is the same though: full fearless power and claws.
