    We have to eat 6 raw eggs before every practice and then throw them up so we can get rid of any lactic acid, ever guy on our team can lift at least 460 with thier legs. and like i said, 4 minute miles! we ran 40 miles once for a practice, and rode 80 with our bikes

    ha! and you think you do hard excersises this was for our 4th grade xc team!
