Richard Feynman on the electromagnetic spectrum.

"But you gotta stop and think about it ... to really get the pleasure about the complexity; the inconceivable nature of nature"

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electromagnetic_radiation

a second or third gen PAL VHS dub of a vintage original off-air NTSC VHS tape, then captured and compressed and found on a torrent site. squashed, re-compressed and converted for YouTube. all sorts of obvious video and audio problems, but at least it's here, a special treat from the past. anyone with better source, please drop a comment.

in the meantime, point your 1/8" black-holes at this nice piece of tape of The Chief.

Its cause hes a scientist who really lived a hell of a life, thats why people love him. His stories about seducing Vegas show girls and getting them to buy HIM drinks or joining Brazilian marching bands or bar fights or the time he saved a local strip club from getting shut down, thats what makes him so cool. And the only reason anyone has a hero is so they can emulate them and feel better about themselves. Don't be such a cynic

I loved his books. Many of his stories are rich and entertaining. Great scientist, but I don't know why there is a cult like following for Dr. Feynman. It seems so many just want to feel better about themselvles (or smarter) by having a great scientist as their hero.
