hell yeah its expensive but damn, singapore airlines's business is already as good as first in other airlines!

i think this is pretty cool, the detachable screen and stuff and how the seat moves forward.. but the privacy's not really there eh? i mean, not every business traveller's gna be flying with his wife or colleague yknow..

American is great because its cheap, but by god the service is really not that great.

My favorites are British Airways, Singapore and Emirates..... notice all are way expensive though. I guess with air travel you get what you pay for.

It isn't even 180 degrees flat! This is a horrible product to be new as it is something I would expect from airlines 7 years ago when this technology started rolling out for premium cabin seats.

Flew the AA 777 yesterday with new business seats installed and I have to say they were awesome!!

Looks quite nice in my opinion, but I think Club World (Business Class) on BA is a much better product overall, and they are around the same price range on most routes.

The simple fact is that AA can't compare or compete to other airlines business class. I will continue to fly with BA or Air France.
And for the people who say that BA "are crap" well BA or Air France where the only airlines in the world that could afford to run a supersonic aircraft such as concord, so that really does sum it up idiots.

For those of you that dont know AA is one if not the best Economically well airline in the industry at this moment an airline that has never fallen into bankrupcy like other airlines have.

lol...the bad thing about this seat is,it's like a confine space.there's not much space for ur leg.But the besst thing is,u can move ur seat foward and backward.cool.But i think Malaysia Airlines is better

as a frequent flyer, i can tell you that american carriers in general are crap. if you compare them to Asian carriers they are just pathetic. (you can have a look at the latest singapore business on my site) and even compared to European carriers, they are just plain bad. AA is probably amongst the baddest.

A detachable IFE looks cumbersome. Take a look at SQ's IFE in business.. now that is quality! Not only do you have a large screen, it's IFE also has MS Office built in so all you need is you USB flash drive! I always think that US carriers are a bit behind the times compaered to Europena and Asia/Pacific carries.

Apart from United (who don't advertise it as premium ecoconmy anymore) are there any other US airlines that have a premium economy product?
