great car, with a greta motor... only issue is that its absolutely useless for anything other than drifting, even then it has almost too much power with not enough weight to control it without just featherting the throttle and clutch constantly (light on the throttle)

Actualy it is probably just on the rev limiter remember the M3's had a 8K or so rpm rev limiter the resonance is also pretty subdued with the turbos so yeah it isn't dieing it is just doing what it was meant to do.

Very sick car - E30's are meant to have a S38 or a S50 stuffed in them.

Those turbos make it a twitchy car, but in NA form they are very drivable & very fun.

swapping the engine seems stupid to me.... afeects the weight distribution over the front and rear axle.... you'd be better of tunning the original engine..it is known that an engine block with 100 000 miles is extremely resistant and you can really push it without blowing anything
