I just love it man. When u train like that ("parkour'ing") u get not only strenght, but speed and control too. And idk, when parkour'ing i feel very satisfied, especially when i went through the obstacle successfully.
P.s. Sorry for my English ;]... and keep it up.

By RandalSetzler [Affiliate User] 1215700727 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveI knew some would understand that I set the pace of this vid as I did for a specific reason. In my training I feel time drawn out as I climb, jump, vault, and navigate myself through any given environment. If I can suspend time for a couple minutes as someone watches one of my videos and they feel how I felt when I was in the moment, then I have reached my goal. To have a stranger see and feel it and for them to reply and tell me that makes the training/filming/editing all worth while. Thanx.

The jumps at 2:20 seem a little to high you're knee's are passing the 90 degree limit witch can become knee problems. Nice exercises really liked the one at 3:44 working arms and lower abs nicely done!I like it how you show some of the aspects of training like repetition and gegabu its a training/conditioning so i fine the vidoe is nice how its slow.
peace
