I agree with cycotick....some things never change though except that I don't live in NM anymore (Alb.)....still love sparking a big ole hooter and listening to "The Boys" fuckin' wail...one thing they had that's missing in a lot of music today...watch them play; look at their faces; these guys LOVE what they are doing! I saw this exact line-up on this exact tour at "A Day In The Park" at Comiskey Park in Chicago that included Eddie Money, Molly Hatchet, Santana and Journey. T.Lizzy had the unenviable task of following an eye opening performance by Hatchet. But they came out storming and never let up- every bit as tight and powerful as this video demonstrates. Too many don't realize that Lizzy was a much deeper band than "The Boys Are Back In Town." This video is proof.

My favorites are Black Rose Emerald Cowboy Song Whiskey in the Jar and Rosalie.. Phil was a true Irish son.. Beo Fada is Bas In Eirinn

Those who don't know Lizzy, and have discovered them just now...you're in for a treat, to say the least. Thin Lizzy is one of the best rock bands in history, and Phil is a pure genius song writer. Lot's of great albums, but start with Chinatown, Live Life and Thunder and Lightning (for the heavy stuff!)

I am starting to like Thin Lizzy and was wondering who were the original members.

We all miss Phil I tyink. People used to make fun of me for listening to thin lizzy in school, and now the same scene idiots are telling me how cool they are.
