Lately I have been having extremely weird symptoms. I thought I had got over anxiety/panic attacks, but a few weeks ago it felt like I had a heart attack out of nowhere. Now lately it's really hard to sleep and I feel like I am going insane can I have any advice Mr.Linden?

  • i did the linden ...

i did the linden method about 6 years ago, it really works. I was really really bad and tried all kinds of things. Dont ever think "but I have something different than you had".. Anxiety manifests in so many ways that it can be perceived as something different but its not. The exact same mechanism in the brain allowed it to develop, and its through that mechanism that you reverse permanently.

weakness down one side of the body and /or chest pains should not initially be put down to anxiety, these symptoms should be checked by a Doctor
