i remember i first listened to that song when i was little. it was an Australian ad. i couldn't find that ad on youtube. It did have that song in the ad.

This commercial is not from 1995. It has the M-Class in it, that wasn't released until 1998.

i think janis' sister owns the rights to this song (and maybe others). if that is the case, it would be her sister and only her sister that would allow the use of the song for whatever reason.

btw: this song has also been used for a bmw commercial.
