Also the environments where Sephiroth fought were different. One was where you were kinda fighting a supernatural force or something, and the other was just fighting his normal form in a abandoned urban environment.
Nevertheless, both fights/songs were awesome!

They're both two totally different styles - it depends more on what you like. I personally like this one better to listen to, but I like the orchestrated version cuz it sounds more intimidating!
