6 meals holy crap and I eat 2meals unless of course you refer to eating when hungry and need energy and not something quick like crisps and salad haters try with salad cream I do and eat more than without as it tastes better and sweet snack = grapes as they are delicious and drink water more or energy drinks

ok to help alot of the beginners here....
you dont have to cut out all junk food or snack foods I Actually do Believe its important to treat yourself in a small proportion once a week
so say your on a protein dcarb diet..i myself has a sweet tooth as do most of us all come on we all love to spoil ourselfs so wat happens when weve binged it for so long and we have one piece BAM ofcause were gonna pig out now that screws us up...thats why i believe u should light snack once a week with ur diet
i plyed gym about 1 year.
and together with protein.
