Sorry if I am asking a redundant question, but how long have you been playing and how old are you??? Just Curious..... :)

whoa... your right hand technique is wicked. i can do stuff like orient blue and rhapsody of fire and some of that stuff di meola does, but nothing like that. that is crazy right there... definitely keep it up.

Marco - great stuff! The flamenco chord stuff... just a pick, no fingers? How do you develop that technique?

You're right. I was wrong. I was so impressed with someone playing Al Di Meola that... Now I see! This is the first time I watch somebody REALLY playing Di Meola! Congratulations! You are very talented!!

That's wrong look again my video with attention, sometimes i keep the bridge and sometimes go away from the bridge. If you wanna have the right tecnical approach and free interpretation you have to have both!Watch my other videos about this concert and you will see the same thing in the solos too because sometimes i like to prop up the notes as Paco De Lucia sound.

I did right in this concert. John would like to post the entire concert but at the moment i think it's enough about Al Di Meola ,i prefer add my tunes...maybe one day in the future... Thank you very much for your comment

Congratulations Marco! You are great!! Molgav is right! But lets discuss some datails. Meola systematic moves his right hand away from (to) the bridge to modify the sound, like classical guitar players. In classical guitar this is typical, but using a pick, I've never seen anybody doing this. ONLY Meola. Did you incorporate that? It seems your right hand is "flying". You dont rest your hand on the bridge when you play arpeggios. Talk something about this, please.

You sound very, very good!!! Could you play Orient Blue? Those arpeggios are very difficult to play clean...

I understand that it is one part venue and one part cultural. This concert was thrown together with just three weeks notice. Marco usually plays in ensemble. Nice job indeed!!!
